Booking conditions

Please read before booking.

  1. No refunds

    Bookings are non-refundable if you are unable to use the court at the booked date and time.

  2. Payment

    Payment is accepted by Thai bank transfer only. WeChat Pay, Alipay, and international transfers are not accepted.

  3. Rescheduling

    The venue may cancel a reservation with at least 6 hours notice before the booked time. You may reschedule a booking once, at least 1 day in advance, by contacting LINE @rallytennis.

  4. Footwear

    Only proper tennis shoes are allowed on the court surface.

  5. Special events

    The venue reserves the right to postpone or cancel bookings for special activities or events without prior notice.
